Succeeding in the modern workplace requires knowledge and insights that
cross traditional disciplinary bounds. Through the the Certificate of
Completion in Organizational Dynamics(CCOD) program, students from diverse
academic majors can develop the interdisciplinary skills necessary
to succeed --and lead … in public and private sector organizations, locally
and globally. Students in this program learn to apply psychological
principles to the study of work behavior; includes topics such as personnel
selection, performance appraisal, training, work motivation, teams,
leadership, and job attitudes. Additional work required for graduate credit. |
