May 13th, Science on Tap
Did you ever wonder why unsaturated fats are good, saturated fats are bad
and trans-fats are ugly? If so, plan to join us at the Coeur d’Alene
Brewing Company on Tuesday, May 13 at 5:30 pm. Rhena Cooper, Microbiology
Instructor at North Idaho College will be there to tell us all about fat so
we understand why we’re supposed to make smart choices about the food we
eat.
This is our last Science on Tap Coeur d’ Alene event before the summer break
